Mosaic spool after

So I built a PT platform with a little ledge/frame and mortared beach rocks  from Lake Ontario on top, and on the bottom part of the spool as well.
 Larger flat rocks are placed strategically to hold cups/glasses when you are sitting at the table. It must weigh 200 lbs.
